Casual engagement shots have never looked chicer, or more comfy-cozy, all at once! Now married, Elizabeth and Matthew announced their engagement with these silly and sentimental shots from Alyssa Jarae Photography in the sweetest way possible. The two first met in high school, when Matthew played football and Elizabeth was a cheerleader. As the story goes, the rest was history! When it came time to pop the question, the pair went to Siena in Austin for a fancy dinner where Matthew then took her out to the 360 bridge and proposed overlooking the lake! How scenic! In their July ceremony and reception at the bride’s grandparents home and property, whimsical wildflower-inspired boho style played out in a stylish, subdued fashion where pops of color and flower crown details made all the difference. These two seem so fun and full of life throughout their casual engagement session, and we expect nothing less from their big day! Read on for a note from the now-bride about some of her favorite wedding details which we hope to see soon. Cheers to Elizabeth and Matthew!

From the bride: “One of my favorite details [was] my dress! I was able to get my dress super last minute [since] we planned our entire wedding in about six weeks! And it was the first thing I picked, so it became the focal point of my theme! We also had this marigold velvet settee and glass/brass coffee table where Matthew and I got to eat, visit and watch the toasts!”
