Harry Potter Jelly Beans

I was visiting for my birthday (we were doing long distance at that time because I was in nursing school) and we booked a hotel in downtown ATX. After a busy day running around downtown, Cullen, his best friend, my sister, and I headed up to the hotel’s pool. We snagged a covered cabana spot in the far corner that was super private and overlooked the city – sooo gorgeous! We all grabbed some drinks and as we were hanging out, Cullen pulled out these Harry Potter jelly beans he bought at a candy store earlier in the day. We decided to play a game of “guess the flavor of the jelly bean.” When I went to dump out the beans on a napkin, the ring came tumbling out with it! I was so confused at first, thinking that the ring came with the jelly beans as like a “toy.” After realizing it was waaaay too nice of a ring to come with some Harry Potter jelly beans, Cullen grabbed it and got down on one knee. It was so extremely perfect for us- quiet, personal, and candy was involved! Can’t wait to marry my goofy best friend!!
