Brazos Hall is one of our favorite Austin wedding venues because it’s aesthetic is so unique and it truly works with so many different wedding styles! Emily and Kyle’s traditional Austin wedding from the planning team at Pearl Events Austin looks especially gorgeous with florals from Westbank Flower Market (hello hanging floral installations!) and classic rentals from Marquee Event Group! At the reception guests enjoyed delicious fare from Royal Fig Catering and Simon Lee Bakery and left with happy tummies and full hearts! Cheers to Emily and Kyle!

Emily and Kyle met at Ellison High School in Killeen, Texas, but didn’t start dating until Emily joined him at Texas A&M. They celebrated Emily’s 23rd birthday with a delicious dinner and a boat ride on Lake Travis. At sunset, Kyle pulled out the most beautiful ring Emily had ever seen and got down on one knee, asking her to marry him.
The couple chose Austin for their wedding because from their first date to the proposal, it had played an important role in their story. They also knew Austin would be a fun getaway for their out-of-town guests, yet still conveniently located for their local friends and family.
Emily and Kyle say their most vivid memory of the ceremony was seeing each other for the first time when Emily walked down the aisle. Once Kyle took her hand, she felt at ease. All was right in the world.
