Kathryn and Mitchell originally met the summer before their freshman year at Baylor University. When they met, they instantly had a connection but decided they were not in the position to seriously start dating until their paths crossed again later down the road! Just days before Christmas, Mitchell popped the question. He got Kathryn’s family in on the plan by having them play along with the idea that they were going to a family dinner. Just when everyone was getting ready to head out the door, Mitchell asked if they could first take a picture together in front of the Christmas tree. When Kathryn turned, she found Mitchell down on one knee in the room full of family. After saying yes, Kathryn found out the dinner was nonexistent and that all their friends were on their way over to celebrate! Kathryn and Mitchell were married at The Addison Grove on November 19, 2016.
