R.A.C. Events Shares the Low-Down on Creating a Cohesive Wedding Design

“Cohesive design” is one of those buzzword phrases you might hear during different parts of the wedding planning process, but what does it really mean? We met with Reyna, Creative Director of R.A.C. How would you sum up your wedding planning process?

“Our planning process always starts with the initial consultation once an inquiry is submitted. We like to get to know our client from the very first meeting to get an idea of their wedding vision, and to know them as a couple. Once a proposal is sent and contract signed, we get started on the planning and the client is guided each step of the way. We like to provide as many resources as possible for our clients including checklists and guides. We try to make the planning process as seamless as possible, by making suggestions to ultimately help the client with decisions.”

What do you love most about being a wedding planner?

“It is so special to us that we get to be a part of one of the most important days in a couple’s lives! Building trust with a couple is crucial to planning, and seeing the work turn out just as they imagined at the end of the day is so rewarding!”

Where do you find inspiration?

“I like to find inspiration from different design industries such as interior design and fashion design. Incorporating different types of design into weddings can bring new and exciting elements.”

What should a couple expect when working with you?

“When working with R.A.C. Events and Design, we treat all our clients with honesty and respect. We are determined to make your big day true to you, and it’s a very collaborative process. We build long lasting friendships with our clients, and guide you through the entire wedding planning process. Our couples know they can come to use with any questions, concerns, and feel like they’re taken care of.”

How do you create a cohesive wedding day design?

“For a cohesive wedding day look, you want to make sure different styles, textures, colors make sense and look good together. Use inspiration from your venue’s design, and you can keep building on your florals, linens, signs and attire to make everything seamlessly flow.”
