With an earthy color palette and the idea of simplicity at the forefront, this styled shoot from our Spring/Summer 2019 issue designed by Lovely Day Events Austin is giving us endless organic modern ceremony inspiration. Setting the scene with a white walled chapel space drenched in airy, natural light, Springdale Station served as the perfect backdrop for creating a dream space that was equal parts minimal and glamorous. Anchoring the decor with a neutral and navy color palette, Party at the Moontower’s furniture and lounge pieces were accented by glittering gold accessories – one of our favorites being the chic seating chart from Design to Flourish! A touch of floral embellishment from The Flower Girl added a bit of whimsy, with coordinating arrangements used throughout the pseudo wedding, from custom altar pieces to the model bride’s bouquet! Her blooms provided just the right amount of color to her polished yet natural look featuring a cap-sleeve open back gown from Blush Bridal Lounge, dainty jewelry from Nicole Mera and a soft makeup look done by Makeup ATX. Topping off the setting was a gorgeous three-tier cake with stencil-like floral embellishments from Iced Caked & Confections, a treat sure to have been enjoyed by all guests alike. Scroll down for all the fabulous details from this shoot captured by April Mae Creative and inspiration notes from the designer herself! Cheers!

From the planner, Kierstin Schupack of Lovely Day Events Austin: “I was interested in creating a very modern yet organic ceremony backdrop, something striking and beautiful at the same time. I also wanted to move away from the vintage look and have all elements feel modern, chic and beautiful.”
