These Newlyweds Learned a Dance to Commemorate Their Wedding Date

Rachael and Stephen knew just how to knock their wedding guests’ socks off on their big day; with a choreographed dance to a classic hit! Keep reading for the sweet deets. Their gorgeous wedding full of modern romance was held at Ma Maison, nestled just outside of Austin in a Provence-like region of Hill Country that reminisces on that of southern France. Pairing the far-off feel of the venue with the rustic interior and modern black decor from Marquee Event Rentals – Austin creates a perfect recipe for the most picturesque wedding! Rachael looks absolutely radiant in a slimmed-down ballgown from Serendipity Bridal featuring a deep V-neck as well as a custom royal-length veil that was practically made for her! Collaborating with Crave Catering for bartending and catering services, the couple’s cocktail menu featured cute sketches of their dogs, which each signature cocktail was named after! So cute! Rachael and Stephen also opted for two cakes from Sweet Treets Bakery – a stunning six-tiered white wedding cake trimmed with fresh floral as well as a towering groom’s cake modeled after the University of Texas Tower, both bride and groom’s alma mater. From the big, classic blooms accenting the aisle to the elevated arrangements above gilded tablescapes, Flora Fetish creates fabulous floral design for any area of your venue! Though there were so many stunning elements in this big day, the couple says their first dance was one of the things they were most excited for. “We wanted to do something fun and thought what better song to dance to on September 21st than the song ‘September’ by Earth, Wind & Fire!” Rachael said. “We both enjoy dancing so we worked with a dance instructor to choreograph a full Cha-Cha routine. Incorporating more advanced spins and footwork was fun to learn and was a great crowd-pleaser!” This crowd definitely looks pleased and we wish we could have had a front-row seat to watch these love birds dance their wedding night away. With the entire elegant affair captured by Mint Photography, it’s impossible not to fall in love with these dreamy wedding scenes. Keep reading for a note from the bride about her favorite wedding vendor! Cheers to Rachael and Stephen!

From the bride: “Crave Catering was amazing! They quickly understood our vision for the evening and were able to reflect that vision with our food! Since Stephen and I love tasting menus, we decided to do a tasting menu style dinner for our guests instead of a traditional plating. Crave was inventive in the creation of the entire menu, down to the very small details and truly made the food a unique experience!”
