Proposal by the Sea
Dan and I initially met and began our relationship in Texas. I am originally from Texas, but Dan is from Rhode Island. Since the beginning of our relationship, Dan told me how he loved the beaches of Block Island (a small island south of Rhode Island) and how he would take me there one day. For my 26th birthday, Dan made good on his promise and booked a trip to take me to one of his favorite places in the world. Little did I know, Dan also planned to propose. While we were just enjoying the beautiful scenery of Block Island Beach House and looking out into the ocean, Dan dropped down to one knee and asked me to marry him inside of the beach house overlooking the ocean.
