Avery and Kyle’s colorful rustic Austin wedding is tropical meets Texas, and we adore it! With the help of Austin wedding planner Brock and Co. Events and some seriously gorgeous florals from Westbank Flower Market, this couple celebrated their love with the wedding of their dreams!

Avery and Kyle’s love is one for the storybooks. The two met while they were both English majors at Vanderbilt and bonded over an Ancient Chinese Novel and a Metamorphosis class. When Kyle decided to propose, he pulled out all the stops. He told Avery to meet him for dinner at the Standard Hotel. When she arrived, the hostess told her that her table was on the 11th floor. After making her way into a crowded elevator, she made it to the 11th floor to find her favorite flower, peonies, covering the floor. The flowers led to a room covered in more flowers where Kyle was standing in a suit and had her favorite meal waiting. He popped the question and they celebrated with their siblings who had flown in to surprise them on the special night. The couple was wed at Barr Mansion on May 13, 2017.
