Wedding Planning Services

Besides offering all-inclusive wedding planning services, Blue Events and Co. also offers event design and coordination services that are vital in the wedding planning process. “Our Design and Elite services are ideal for couples who want a beautifully designed event, and a hands-off approach to the planning process. Our Coordination services are perfect for couples who have already put in all the hard work hiring their vendors but wish to relax on the event day and have a professional event consultant guide them in that final 90-day stretch.”

Day of Coordination:

• D.O.C. is industry lingo for Day of Coordination. With this package you get day of services plus SO much more! This includes event consulting upon booking, an interactive budget calculator, a copy of their signature Blue Book, vendor management 90-days prior, timeline design, and floor plan design.

Event Design:

• The only finger you’ll be lifting is to point out what you like and don’t like! They’ll help hire and manage at least 6 vendors with a heavy focus on design. Select from 5 mood board proposals and receive VIP treatment for the remainder of your engagement. Your package includes additional day of design services to oversee the finest details. The Blue Events & Co. team will execute everything to perfection.

Event Planning:

• Kick up your feet and relax! This package includes hiring and management of all your vendors for the wedding day. They’ll propose detail oriented mood boards paired with realistic budget options. Everyone loves a two-for-one deal! The Elite Package includes planning services for an additional event such as rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch. Other helpful services in this package include managing your guest list, wedding website, and hotel accommodations. They’re not here just for you, they’re here for the whole wedding crew!
