Calligraphy and craft leather come together in the cutest way for escort cards by CalliRosa who also provided a rustic yet elegant flourished bouquet wrap and engraved pocket knife as a gift for him. For her, this bride models a stunning lacey trumpet gown from Unbridaled in a timeless bridal look consisting of her romantic updo and wedding makeup. Touch of Whimsy combined unique blooms and classic stems alike to fabricate the full and moody fall-toned floral installations that bring character to tablescapes, bouquets and all around in these sweet shots where this couple looks simply infatuated with each other. From the calligraphers at CalliRosa: “For this styled shoot, we wanted to show that a wedding doesn’t necessarily have to be feminine and dainty. We chose a stark color palette of black and white, with additional fall colors to soften.
We loved the texture of leather, how it can be rough and soft at the same time. It looks and feels luxurious – and with the speakeasy on the property, using leather was a no-brainer. Our calligrapher and chief creative, Charlotte with CalliRosa, custom-made leather tags that served as escort cards, leading guests to their tables. She created an elaborately flourished leather bouquet wrap, and also engraved the pocket knife as seen in the detail shots – which makes for a great grooms’ or groomsmen gift.
Touch of Whimsy did an amazing job with the florals, and Cru Rentals setup with the velvet couch truly complimented the leather chairs from Oakfire Ridge. Veil Artistry as always beautifully highlighted the bride’s natural beauty, and the dress from Unbridaled was the perfect match for this shoot.”
