Introducing our 2025 Book of Weddings Cover couple, the Maxceys! Their day was a stunning blend of timeless romance and Hill Country charm. Delicate white florals from Viridian Floral Design set a dreamy tone, while Rust and Relics masterfully planned every detail. Lola Beauty ATX enhanced the bride’s natural beauty with flawless glam, perfectly complementing the elegance of the day. Against the striking backdrop of Prospect House, the couple said “I do” surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment was captured with artistry and emotion by Leah Thomason, bringing this unforgettable celebration to life on our cover.
Lessons From Planning
One thing Allison and Mason learned while planning their big day? Hiring a wedding planner is a must. “No one cares about all the details as much as you do,” the bride shared. “Be present and enjoy the process because once it’s over, you’ll miss it dearly.” A gentle reminder for all couples-to-be: focus on what truly matters and soak in each moment.
A Memory They’ll Never Forget
Of all the beautiful highlights from their wedding, one memory stands above the rest—their private dance at the end of the night. With the hustle and bustle winding down, they shared a quiet, intimate moment that became the perfect closing chapter of their celebration.
Dream Vendors Turned Friends
The couple credits two vendors in particular for making their day unforgettable: Casey Moore with Rust & Relics Wedding Planning and photographer Leah Thomason.
“Casey can really take the cake on how amazing the wedding planning process and execution were. She was absolutely wonderful to work with; I can’t recommend her enough,” the bride raved.
And when it came to capturing the magic, Leah brought not only her photography skills but also her vibrant energy. “She can make anyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. I will be friends with both of these ladies forever!”
A Celebration Beyond the Details
This wedding proves that the magic isn’t just in the décor, the florals, or the timeline—it’s in the relationships built, the memories made, and the joy of being fully present. For this couple, their day wasn’t just a celebration, but the start of a lifelong story filled with gratitude, friendship, and love.
