Wed Society® | Austin Networking Event Recap

Conversation, entertainment, food and drinks — what more could you ask for? This past March, Wed Society Pro and Wed Society® | Austin hosted an exclusive event for wedding pros in Austin. This event gave Hill Country wedding vendors a chance to mingle, make connections, and gain valuable insights from experts in the wedding industry. 

Come with us as we take a stroll through the event, complete with stunning florals and decor, a mimosa station, a lips and lashes bar, delicious bites, and so many wonderful vendors who brought this event to life!

Austin + Hill Country Networking Event

Set against the upscale Fairmont Austin, the event had a sophisticated and bright atmosphere. Blue with pops of gold set the tone, with florals from The Perfect Day and decor and rentals from Party at the Moontower and Premiere Events accentuating the space. Along with catering and bartending provided by the hotel, guests enjoyed sweets from Michelle’s Patisserie — decorated with a blue and white, of course! 

While being entertained by Texas Sun Music, the ladies enjoyed lip and lash treatments from Luna Beauty & Bridal. Guests were also treated to free headshots by Cloud Craft Studios, who captured the event’s details.

Thanks to our planners at Simply XO Events, the event came together with beauty and ease. CalliRosa supplied paper, signage and favors, making it easy for guests to connect with one another. They also provided bracelets with guest names on them — a fun memento from the day!

Taking Care of Business

One of our favorite parts of this event was our panel of wedding professionals! Led by Ali Chambless of Wed Society Pro, guests heard from Vanessa of Vanessa Joy Photography, Amy of Villa Antonia, Aaron from Peak Beverage and Deseree of Premiere Events. Panelists shared their insight on various topics, including,
