This month, we’re spotlighting Olivia and Calvin’s romantic outdoor wedding, a celebration that perfectly captured refined sophistication and the relaxed beauty of nature — all set against the scenic backdrop of Austin’s rolling Hill Country on June 7, 2025.
Planned to perfection by Pearl Events, the day unfolded seamlessly from start to finish. Guests were welcomed to a ceremony beneath a sprawling oak tree, where wooden chairs lined a petal-strewn aisle framed by soft blush and ivory blooms. Boettcher Films captured every heartfelt moment with timeless artistry, ensuring every golden detail could be relived for years to come.
As golden hour arrived, guests enjoyed cocktail hour beside a serene seating display accented with sculptural floral arrangements and custom paper escort cards — a preview of the effortlessly elegant reception to follow. Beneath sweeping draped canopies and twinkling café lights, dinner was served along a vineyard-style table adorned with neutral linens, organic centerpieces, and glowing table lamps.
The atmosphere was brought to life with music by Dart Collective, while Loot Rentals created an inviting lounge space that perfectly complemented the relaxed, romantic aesthetic. The couple made their grand entrance hand-in-hand before cutting a one-of-a-kind, flower-topped cake that looked as much like art as dessert.
From start to finish, every detail was imbued with understated elegance and natural romance — a perfect Austin evening celebrating love, community, and modern charm.
