This Couple Planned with Colorado in Mind for the Ultimate Backyard Wedding!

What Paige thought was just another run down the mountain, quickly turned into one of the biggest moments of her life! Paige and Hamilton got engaged on top of the mountain in Vail, Colorado, while on a family Christmas vacation. Talk about the best Christmas present ever! The newly engaged couple had always dreamed of getting married in Vail, however the pandemic threw their plans off course. Paige said, “What’s the saying, ‘you plan and God laughs.’ That was certainly the case for us…and the rest of the world for that matter.” Even though their original plan did not happen, Paige and Hamilton still had the wedding of their dreams in their home in Austin, Texas. In fact, you could say they had the ultimate backyard wedding! 

The couple tied the knot in an intimate and personal ceremony surrounded by the people they love most. Their home was filled with fragrant and luscious florals, with rentals and decor from Marquee Events Rentals,  Table Manners and Whim Hospitality that completely transformed the space to be something magical! Paige stunned in her elegant gown from a&bé bridal shop Austin, and said that the food from Crave Catering was absolutely delicious. They were able to channel a piece of their original Colorado wedding by having the same photographer who captured their engagement photograph their wedding, as well. According to Paige, her favorite detail of the day was, “the intimacy of our wedding and being surrounded by our immediate family, closest friends and sweet dog. Our home was overflowing with love and I can’t imagine a more special day.” Congratulations to the Maddens!
