A Truly Texas Affair Mixing Whimsical, Country and Boho Aesthetics

Saddle up: we’re taking you through Grace and Zach’s whimsical, country and boho wedding. That’s right – their Texas affair was truly ALL of the above. This couple incorporated more themes than you would expect, but it played out to be one of our favorite weddings in this issue thanks to the expert styling of Lauren Field Design. Their ideas meshed together so perfectly, coming to life with extra spice. With textural decor of cowhide rugs, steer decor, and so much more, they steered us all into inspiration (pun totally intended). Leather seating and bohemian blankets kept everyone comfy and warm while adding to this whimsical wedding. Fall hues of crimson, violet and navy had us swooning. The inspo just doesn’t stop! Just when you think this wedding couldn’t get any better, the eye-catching bride walked down in her beautiful boho gown from Unbridaled, donning a floral headpiece. From the bride on her favorite wedding day memory: “We had family from all corners of the country, a lot of whom had never met each other. No one had any idea how things were going to go when everybody sat down to eat Texas BBQ together, but it wound up being an excellent evening for all! We will never forget the smiles all around as each table was served tiny pies in lieu of wedding cake.”
