This game spiced quail dish from Royal Fig Catering features spice-rubbed Texas quail, brown butter carrot sauce and spring vegetable succotash. Royal Fig Catering uses the freshest in-season ingredients from organic farms in the central Texas area. Their full-service catering makes event planning simple!
Pink Avocado Catering loves treating guests to their almond-crusted scallop, complemented by an apricot compote, raviole, basil, almond “popcorn” and roasted garlic mousse. Pink Avocado believes that using the freshest ingredients produces the best results. They are self-admittedly obsessed with creating customized menus and culinary masterpieces for their clients and their main goal is to make their clients’ vision a reality.
Feast your eyes on this amazing roasted duck breast from Rosemary’s Catering, paired with charred carrots and an orange reduction drizzle. Rosemary’s is keen on catering not only food, but experiences, and is serious about progressive, chef-driven cuisine.
Elevating a southern classic with their elegant fried green tomatoes, Austin Catering loves reflecting the style and taste – both literally and figuratively – of their clients. Topped with fresh burrata, heirloom tomatoes, balsamic reduction, basil oil and micro basil, this dish packs a punch in each incredible bite!
Trudy’s Four Star Catering brings a taste of the sea to the Texas Hill Country with this southwestern seared gulf redfish, paired with sweet corn puree, Morris oil, baby basil, lime cilantro rice and smoked Brussels sprouts. Trudy’s encourages brides and grooms to celebrate with the food they truly love, and to share it with their friends and family!
Their restaurant might be known for its barbecue, but The Salt Lick’s catering offers so much more. Take this crab cake dish, for example! They’re delicately dressed with cilantro, watercress and arugula, drizzled with lemon oil and sweet cherry red peppers, with roasted lemon wheels and serrano avocado sauce. Fresh, savory and oh-so-delicious, The Salt Lick can offer couples a one-of-a-kind catering experience.
Offering custom menus for every taste, Whim Hospitality‘s catering provides full-service options from menu customization to bartending. Their dishes will leave your mouth watering, too, like this charred corn masa cake with shaved dark chili flank steak with chimichurri and piquillo relish. Southwest flavors meet Hill Country elegance with Whim!
With a name like Catering With a Twist, you can definitely expect a unique culinary experience. What’s the “twist,” you ask? The owners are adamant about giving clients the best of both worlds – fresh, seasonal and local cuisine, in addition to artfully designed plates that will leave you and your guests both satisfied and impressed! For dessert, try their donut nachos, pictured above, with Kahlua chocolate, salted caramel, chantilly cream and cherries.
