The Romance Is On Fire in This Spanish Casita Engagement Session
by Kaitlyn January 6
Anna and Kolton’s love is on FIRE in this Spanish casita engagement session from Nikk Nguyen Photography. From the unique, artful interiors to the vintage, romantic vibes outside on the poolside patio, every corner of Casa Cartel in Austin is a beauty and serves as the perfect backdrop to showcase Anna and Kolton’s sweet romance. We love the couple’s hip, modern outfits in neutral shades and how they fit the setting – definitely something to think about as you’re choosing outfits for photos! Anna’s bouquet is a stunner in various shades of ivory and peach: the perfect complement to the Spanish and southwestern vibes of the venue. This couple’s story is super cute, and we love how the groom pulled off a sweet surprise when he popped the question. Scroll down to read! Cheers!

From the bride on how they met and how he proposed: “We met at Shoal Creek in Austin via mutual friends. Kolton is from Baton Rouge, so meeting over crawfish was kind of romantic! He proposed by the 360 bridge, playing fetch with our border collie, right before we left for Spain and Portugal for my birthday trip. He totally surprised me because I thought he was going to propose in Europe. It was very intimate and private on a Saturday by the 360 Bridge. We celebrated in Europe as a newly engaged couple.”
