Megan Meyer Weds Robert Haynes | Outdoor Austin Wedding Captured by Feather & Twine

Megan and Robert’s outdoor Austin wedding is oh-so-pretty. Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is such a gorgeous natural garden wedding venue, and Jennifer Laura Design did an incredible job bringing this sweet couple’s vision to life. Cheers to Megan and Robert!

Megan’s coworker knew she would be a great match for his friend Robert. Turns out – he was right! Their friend secretly set up the couple to meet on a group bike ride in Austin. They both had no idea the setup was happening, but Megan and Robert quickly hit it off. After the bike ride, he asked for her number and they were soon inseparable.

A few years later, Megan and Robert met up with a friend to go on a morning run down Shoal Creek. Unlike past runs, Robert had set up a little pit stop – a proposal! While running, Megan spotted signs from Robert lining their path asking her to marry him. Completely surprised, they veered to the side of the path where he knelt down. It was an intimate spot and Megan loved that he chose to include a hobby they like doing together as a way to propose.
