Organic Rustic Austin Wedding at Pecan Grove | Marley + Brody

PERFECT PROPOSAL: Marley and Brody ate a late dinner in downtown Austin. Afterwards, they went to one of the top floors of the Austonian. When the elevator opened, Marley saw a room filled with flowers and candles. She read a letter from Brody as he got on one knee and asked Marley to marry him. They enjoyed the moment together, and then celebrated with family and friends at their engagement party later that night!

THE SETTING: Marley and Brody’s wedding was at Pecan Grove. The ceremony area was along a beautiful creek among a grove of pecan trees. It was all very natural and green and served as a gorgeous backdrop for the ceremony. Then the reception moved to a big, open room lined with windows and pillars wrapped in lights. Both areas were perfect for the style of wedding Marley and Brody envisioned.

ORGANIC + WOODSY: Marley wanted to have an organic and woodsy theme throughout her wedding. She used gray, light purple, green and shades of blue to help her achieve a bohemian vibe.

AMAZING ALTAR: Marley has always loved dream catchers and wanted to incorporate them into her wedding, so she used them on the tables and wedding cake. Their altar showcased an asymmetrical flower arrangement with a dream catcher, as well!

DELICIOUS DISHES: The Salt Lick catered the food for Marley and Brody’s wedding. They served brisket, smoked turkey and the traditional tasty sides.
