Organic Austin Wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch | Melissa + Stephen

SWEET BEGINNINGS: Melissa and Stephen first met through a mutual friend. The pair really got to know one another a few years later through a kickball league and dinners with friends. After Stephen came to celebrate Melissa’s birthday, their frequent friendly group dinners turned into a table for two.

PERFECT PROPOSAL: Stephen took Melissa to dinner to celebrate her birthday and she could tell he was incredibly nervous. After dinner, they walked to Klyde Warren Park where Stephen dropped down on one knee and asked Melissa to marry him.

THE SETTING: Melissa fell in love with Pecan Springs Ranch as it provided options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. The seclusion of the ranch combined with the natural greenery made everything perfectly country-chic. Melissa knew it was great when even Stephen was excited about the space!

SOUTHERN CHIC: Melissa chose a southern chic style for her wedding. The color scheme was inspired by her love of natural color tones and succulents, so she chose soft greens with accents of grey, coral and peach. This natural, soft palette made everything feel earthy and elegant.

BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: Melissa’s bouquet was a soft, romantic gathering by Clementine Botanical Art. The bouquet featured peach and white ranunculus, white peonies, Juliet garden roses, silver brunia berries and dusty miller.
