Bride Kara and hubby Chris had a beautiful September wedding at Austin wedding venue Ma Maison. The couple wanted a fun celebration packed with personalized details, and the expert wedding planners from Westcott Weddings delivered their dream day!
“Our wedding was the perfect amount of rustic elegance and sophistication tossed in with that Texas southern feel that Chris and I really wanted. I think our wedding showed off a lot of both Chris and I’s personalities which people were able to notice and appreciate,” said Kara.
Kara and Chris picked Ma Maison for its natural beauty and beautiful grounds combined with the warm elegant feel of the reception space. Lush greenery and florals combined with glowing candlelight gave the reception a feel of natural elegance. A boxwood wall from Marquee Event Group glittering with twinkling lights served as a backdrop for the band and a gorgeous focal point.
Guests dined on delicious dishes from Royal Fig Catering, and Sweet Treets Bakery created a traditional four-tier white buttercream cake with simple touches of beautiful white blooms.
“Every couple is unique, so I always do my best to blend our styles together to create something that feels true to them, the space, and my aesthetic. And I think we made it happen here,” said Ellen Westcott.
