SWEET BEGINNINGS: Alison and Andrew met through mutual friends while attending college at the University of Texas.
NEUTRAL PALETTE: Alison and Andrew planned an elegant and effortless wedding with the help of 36th Street Events with a natural and clean color palette.
BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: The bride carried a naturally structured hand-tied bouquet with white florals and lush greens, composed of peonies, ranunculus, lily of the valley, dahlias, parrot tulips, garden roses, lisianthus, lilac, dusty miller, bay laurel, seeded eucalyptus, olive and trailing jasmine vine. The ceremony arch was accented with organic greenery and florals in shades of white, tan and pale peach including hydrangea, tea roses, peonies, garden roses, bay laurel, dusty miller, spirea, jasmine, olive and seeded eucalyptus.
SAVORY SWEETS: For dessert, the couple served toasted coconut cake, chocolate cake iced with vanilla buttercream, White Russians and cinnamon and sugar doughnut holes.
DELICIOUS DISHES: The couple’s wedding menu consisted of a mixed greens and arugula salad with dried cranberries, caramelized pecans, goat cheese and maple balsamic vinaigrette, Colorado rack of lamb with an herb Dijon crust and port wine demi-glace, and risotto with seasonal autumn vegetables.
