Morgan Rhodes and Wade Goodwin’s Eclectic Moroccan-Inspired Austin Wedding Captured by Mint Photography
A year and a half into their romance after selling their homes, quitting their jobs and leaving Texas to travel the world, Morgan and Wade didn’t own much. The pair explored so much together including dining at illegal hot spots in Lisbon, sleeping under the stars in the Sahara Desert, gorging on pizza in Florence and bicycling through Cambodia’s century-old temples. Three months into their backpacking trip they made it to Positano, Italy. Wade planned a day of hiking that would end with him and his queen on the top of the mountain behind their bustling hotel. After a long trek, the pair finally made it and found the perfect rock to snuggle on and enjoy the view. As clouds floated beneath their feet, the couple took in the breathtaking scenery and reminisced on their trip. Shortly after, Wade got down on one knee and asked Morgan if she would like to spend her life with him. Of course she said yes! Morgan and Wade were married March 12, 2016 at The Ingenhuett on High.
