Founded on the belief that all vendors should be treated the same, from the venue owner to the busboy, Eclipse Event Co’s priority of kindness and inclusivity stretches beyond vendors but to all of our clients and guests. It goes without saying, however, that a Happy Vendor means a Happy Client.
Guided by the pillars of honesty, creativity, and resourcefulness, our goal is always to ensure each couple achieves their desired wedding feel, whether it’s Gala Grandeur or simply the feeling of a warm hug.
Planning Should Be Fun
Our planners want to pull this off while making sure both vendors and clients feel included, heard, and appreciated, but all while having fun and creating some inside jokes along the way.
That ability to make planning feel effortless for the client requires meticulous detailing. Our cool, casual vendor timelines are generally about 15 to 19 pages of fun.
This priority—having a great time planning while not missing any details—has landed us on the Preferred Planner List at over 20 venues in the Central Texas area.

A Personalized Experience from Start to Finish
It’s important to us that the client does not feel like a number; the planner they interview with in the beginning of planning is the planner on their wedding day. The great aspect of having a larger team is that we share our experiences with our teammates, ensuring everyone is as educated as possible. This, along with prioritizing continuing education for our team (who doesn’t love a good conference!), helps ensure that we’re up-to-date on the latest trends, technology, and ways of communicating with your vendors.

Finding the Right Fit
Part of the curated experience starts at the very beginning. When a couple inquires about our services, we generally send them our brochure so they can review everyone’s bios to see who they might feel the most connection to. We encourage couples to see which planner’s background or portfolio speaks to them so they can determine the best fit.
