Michael has always been a hard worker but he didn’t have to work hard to find love. Michael met Kaitlin while working for a political consulting firm in Austin. They kept things professional for a little over a year before a romance blossomed and they soon fell in love with each other.

Just two days before Christmas, Michael bought an engagement ring after receiving the blessing to propose from Kaitlin’s father. He decided to propose in front of her entire family on Christmas day. His gift to her was a set of champagne flutes from Tiffany’s. As she was trying to figure out why he bought the flutes, Michael dropped to one knee and popped the question. Kaitlin said yes and they toasted to their new engagement. They later used the same flutes to toast at their wedding reception.
