What wedding planning services do you offer?
“We offer day-of and month-of coordination, full- service planning and additional customized packages in between.”
Gold Package: Day of Coordination
“The Gold Package is perfect for the “hands-on” bride that has already found the perfect venue, scheduled all of the vendors and invited all the guests. This plan is set up to have the coordinator take all the moving parts and put things into a plan so that the wedding day runs like clockwork.”
Package includes:
- Two meetings with the coordinator prior to the wedding day
- Full use of online planning tool, Aisle Planner, that gives access to wedding checklist, guest list, seating chart, inspiration board, wedding calendar and notes section
- Master timeline detailing ceremony processional, recessional and reception
- Coordination, management and oversight of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including set up and breakdown
- Management of other details and decor
Platinum Package : Full Service Planning
“The Platinum Package is designed for the busy bride that does not have time to devote to the planning process. She can relax and know that every aspect of the wedding process will be taken care of. The planner will come in at the start of the planning process to help the clients with all aspects of the wedding.”

Let’s Talk Vendor Collaboration
What does communication look like between the planner and other vendors?
“One month prior, I am contacting the vendor team to make sure they have all timeline and layout details. During the weeks leading up to the event, we are connecting and confirming all final details together so that day-of we are all set for the wedding day.”
How much access will a couple have to you throughout the planning period?
“Unlimited! Depending on the planning package that they book, I will be in regular contact with full-service clients throughout. Day- of and month-of clients can set up as many calls and emails as they wish during the planning for unlimited access and guidance.”
What is your problem solving technique, especially when it comes to working with other vendors?
“Nothing is perfect, but we can get pretty darn close, so I like to make sure to talk through details with each individual vendor during those weeks prior to the wedding to make sure everything is confirmed, correct, locked down and ready to go. Day-of there may still be a hiccup that I will then jump in to solve. I will chat with the vendor team and come up with a plan or solution so that when we present to our clients, we are all unified as one big team. Setting up for a successful day with clear communication leading up helps eliminate some of the hiccups that could happen.”
What vendor meetings do you attend with the couple?
For our day-of and month-of clients, we are attending the final venue walkthrough with the venue, caterer and couple to confirm those key details on site. With the full-service package, I will attend as many vendor appointments with the couple as I can so that they are able ask questions, and I can share some of my knowledge with them while navigating vendor meetings. If they need help with design, we can customize a package where I am more involved with the design aesthetics. Then I will attend rental, catering and design meetings in addition to the final walkthrough with the clients.
After booking with you, what should a couple expect?
As soon as my couples book, I set up their online planning tool and get them started with vendor recommendations in each category. They have unlimited access to my knowledge and expertise in the industry. I advise and point our clients in the right direction for many details like budget, vendor collaboration and style.
