We’re never not blown away by the work of Nikk Nguyen Photo who always captures raw emotion in his imagery, and this modern Austin elopement is no exception! A soft and iridescent color palette takes hold of downtown Austin in these styled scenes where romance and contrasting feminine and masculine details blend together in the most beautiful way. Our bride model takes the spotlight of this iridescent Austin elopement clad in a casual but intentional bridal ensemble consisting of a chic bridal pantsuit from Unbridaled with a drama-filled plunging neckline and paired with the most darling pointed sling-back nude heels. Artful portraits captured light filtering onto her profile and she was an absolute vision in her flower crown and veil. Take a peek at the full gallery down below and read on for what creative Nikk Nguyen Photo had to say about the vision and design behind this iridescent Austin elopement inspiration. Cheers!
From the photographer, Nikk Nguyen Photo: “For this styled shoot, we wanted to create a modern elopement that felt ethereal and fun. The downtown Austin environment meant we got to play with colors and textures in a really inspiring way, with wedding attire that felt casual but intentional. Our vision was a modern elopement for a couple who value creativity over tradition – people who know exactly who they are and what they want – and our models, Matt and Sarah, really killed it here! The bride’s dramatic white suit with a plunging neckline and cream heels was bold and beautiful. The sharpness of the suit paired with the flower crown and veil created a really intriguing vision of femininity. It meant that both the leafy background and the city streets offered incredible contrasts that really let the bride shine. The bouquet was another really special part of the day. This unique bouquet stole the show with an iridescent palette, including painted anthuriums and iridescent mylar streamers.”
