Haley Howey & Sterling Swack

Haley and Sterling’s long-awaited September wedding is full of mauve details and beautiful blush florals. Haley and Sterling both grew up in Lubbock, Texas. However, their paths didn’t cross until they went to Texas Tech University. After one date at the fair, they both knew they had found their forever. Sterling proposed to Haley while stopping in their hometown of Lubbock on their way to spend the New Year in Santa Fe. Haley thought she had plans to go to dinner with her friends and family. However, on their way to dinner, they turned a corner to see Sterling standing in a park with life-size Christmas decor. Sterling got down on one knee, and the two spent the night celebrating with family and friends.

After Haley and Sterling rescheduled their wedding two times and found a new venue, they finally said “I do” on a September evening. Andria Leigh Events helped the couple through the entire process and flawlessly implemented the couple’s vision. The wedding day began with a special moment as Haley put on her mother’s veil. We love how Haley added a sentimental detail with her gown from Patsy’s, A Bridal Boutique, to create the most beautiful bridal look. Haley and Sterling shared a first look before their outdoor ceremony. Haley said, “having that time together before the ceremony and wedding started was invaluable, and we could relax a little before everything started.

After their outdoor ceremony, the couple was ready to start all the celebration festivities! The couple said, “when we walked into the reception were instantly blown away by the amazing work our vendors did.” As were we, seeing all the beautiful blush floral arrangements from Remi + Gold, decor and rentals from Premiere Events, and a five-tiered detailed cake from Sweet Treets Bakery.
