Accommodations
Garey House operates exclusively on a one event per-day rental to ensure each wedding has their own perfect day. Their indoor seated dinner option fits 80 comfortably and up to 106 guests total. They can accommodate up to 125 guests on the outdoor Event Lawn and Courtyard patio, mixed by both indoor and outdoor or by splitting guests between two separate indoor event spaces.
Rental rates range from $2,850-$6,000 depending on the day of the week and the time of year. Additional rental offerings include elopement ceremonies, micro-weddings, social rentals, and photography sessions. There is something for everyone who wants to use the beautiful scenery. What’s Included in Your Rental
Garey House offers the use of all areas on property with ten consecutive hours of use for your event (scheduled between 8 am – midnight, inclusive of setup + teardown). They also offer two hour access for bridal/engagement photography Monday through Friday and an on-site manager. In addition, they provide a final walk through with staff 4-6 weeks prior to the event date, also Monday through Friday, and two prep suites with private restrooms and a catering prep kitchen.

The Property
This sprawling venue offers multiple types of rooms with plenty of space. The Great Room is their largest indoor space and accommodates 80-106 guests for a seated reception. It is perfect for an intimate indoor option, complete with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and doors that open to the patio. The Hall is the smaller indoor space and accommodates up to 90 guests for an indoor ceremony or 50 guests for a seated reception. If more room is needed, the Meeting Room can seat an additional 24 guests or be used for an indoor buffet.
For outdoor options, there is also the Courtyard, which is a large outdoor patio off of The Hall and accommodates up to 125 guests for a seated reception with three sets of windowed French doors that can be opened to combine spaces. Additionally, the Terrace can be a ceremony space or act as an outdoor dance floor with the Event Lawn also having 2,00o square feet of outdoor space for a ceremony or reception for 125 guests.
There are two suites for the bride and groom to get ready separately, which include seating, private restrooms, steamers, and mini fridges. The catering prep kitchen has a large counter-top space, a residential fridge, and a microwave. There are also two parking lots for all guests and vendors. Finally, there is the breathtaking back patio and dock over the pond for a live band, a quiet place to talk, or a magical picture spot.

Included Furnishings
This venue offers different types of tables and folding chairs, as well as set up and tear down before and after your event. They have 17 of their 60 in. round tables, ten rectangle tables at six feet each, 200 Fruitwood folding chairs, four 7 ft. farm tables, and two of their six ft. portable bars + rolling copper coolers, as well as eight finished wood cocktail tables that can adjust to the hight needed. They also offer speakers in the Great Room, Hall, and back patio as well as engaging outdoor lighting to set the mood.
With indoor and outdoor event and reception spaces, sprawling lawns, and a beautiful water font, Garey House has everything you could want for your perfect day and more.
