From the bride: “We met the old fashioned way – at a bar – back in 2011. Josh is a musician and had a gig at a local dive bar. I was having drinks with a group of girls when I saw him on stage and declared to my friend, “I’m gonna marry that dude.” Fortunately we had mutual friends there that night who introduced us, and we were virtually inseparable after that. Our wedding was simple and modern with a touch of vintage. I’m an interior designer, so I used lots of bits and pieces from our home and things I’ve collected over the years to make the evening extra special. My parents have always grown olive trees, and they were willing to trim the trees early so we could use the olive branches from their garden in our arrangements. Our colors were black and white with wild, neutral floral arrangements. One of my favorite details was having Josh’s father, who also a musician, perform during the ceremony and for our first dance.”
