Helicopter Proposal

We got engaged in Austin on December 27th 2018. When we woke up that morning he said hey let’s go on a brunch date, to which I asked if I had to look like a human or did I have to get pretty and of course he said get pretty for me. So we had brunch did some light shopping and he told me that he had something planned for us to do so we took a ride and ended up at Helo Austin for a helicopter ride. We got weighed in & she explained everything so then it was time to ride but or pilot said let’s take a picture before we go and when we come back those are always fun. We took pictures and the tour was so much fun and cool it was both of our first times on a helicopter. After we got off I handed her my phone again and Cameron grabbed my hands and started his speech. Like most girls I started freaking out and talking: “this can’t be real”, “are you serious”, “ please don’t play like this”. Eventually he said baby you have to be quiet and let me get it out. In tears and complete shock he got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. As it turns out our pilot had helped him execute the proposal all along and she took a ton of photos of the whole proposal so we have so many awesome memories from our special day. We had a rooftop dinner downtown following the proposal and had the chance to celebrate with family and friends. It’s safe to say it was a grad gesture!
