On September 24, 2025, the Wed Society Austin community came together for a truly magical morning at Springdale Station. From 10 a.m. to noon, our industry friends, partners, and vendors gathered to celebrate the release of our 2025 issue in style—and the energy was nothing short of inspiring.
The morning was filled with creativity, connection, and fun activations, brought to life by some of Austin’s most talented wedding professionals. Guests were pampered and styled by Glamorous Faces with a Braid + Freckles Bar, enjoyed whimsical caricatures from My Caricature Guy, and indulged in delicious drinks courtesy of PEJ Events. Sweet treats were everywhere thanks to Caketini Bar & Co. and the Cotton Candy Cowgirls, while music and entertainment from Trivino Entertainment kept the energy lively throughout the morning.
The floral arrangements were nothing short of breathtaking, designed by Native Bloom Floral Design, and every moment was captured beautifully by Southern Oaks and Co. Guests also enjoyed capturing their own memories at the photo booth from Cowgirl Clicks, and the day was perfectly orchestrated by our talented planner Simply XO Events.
No detail was overlooked, from the luxurious rentals provided by Premiere Events, House of Hough, and Springdale Station, to the gorgeous large-scale signage by Scarlet Rose Collective and smaller accent signs by Lydia Marie Design. Of course, all of this came together at the stunning Springdale Station, the perfect backdrop for a morning celebrating the best in Austin’s wedding industry.
