Austin Wedding Floral Trends of 2018

As the end of the year approaches, we wanted to celebrate the beautiful blooms we saw in 2018 and take a look back at the Austin wedding floral trends that caught our eye! Austin brides found so many ways to add life and dimension to their weddings with gorgeous work from our talented local wedding florists. Check out these trending floral designs and stay tuned to see which ones will carry into 2019. Cheers!

Varying Heights

Tight, uniform bouquets are a thing of the past. In 2018, we enjoyed a plethora of perfectly imperfect bouquets – lots of organic arrangements with a loose piece or two sticking out for visual interest. We love this whimsical style!

Peachy Keen

One color we saw again and again in 2018? Peach! This happy hue pairs so well with greenery and warm-colored blooms. Peach made its way into all kinds of bouquets, bringing a cheerful tone to so many scenes!

Climbing Greens

Up, up and away! Climbing greenery was popular in 2018, adorning arbors and staircases and everything in between. Climbing florals draw the eye upward and make such a statement – we can’t get enough!
