An Evening of Creativity & Connection
The talented team at Scarlet Rose Events brought the evening to life with thoughtful planning and design, transforming the Texas Science & Natural History Museum into a beautiful setting for our wedding vendor community to connect and celebrate. Custom signage by Scarlet Rose Collective welcomed guests, while stunning floral arrangements from Bunches of Charm added a beautiful touch throughout the space.
The atmosphere was elevated with gorgeous linens and glassware from Bright Event Rentals, stylish lounge furniture from Party at the Moontower Event Rentals and Panacea Collective, and elegant draping by Drape Masters. Together, these talented Austin wedding vendors created an inviting space that perfectly complemented the museum’s unique character.
One-of-a-Kind Guest Experiences
Guests captured memories with MBP Photo Booth, which provided both a photo booth and roaming photography experience, while Austin Wedding Stickers added a fun, personalized touch with custom stickers. House of Amao Fragrance Bar invited guests to explore a unique fragrance experience, and Handsome Ink brought the beauty of hand lettering and calligraphy to the celebration.
The evening also featured a cigar bar experience from Hand Rolled Cigars by DGE Cigars, a striking ice sculpture from Full Spectrum Ice Sculptures, and live painting by Trinity Brushworks Live Wedding Painting, giving guests the opportunity to see creativity unfold throughout the event.
Guests enjoyed delicious catering and bar service from SoHo Events, sweet treats from Sweet Treets Bakery, and music from Dart Collective that kept the celebration going!
Every special moment was beautifully documented by Sierra Marie Photography, with Media by Jamie capturing content throughout the evening.
Celebrating the Austin Wedding Community
