A Multi-Cultural Union At Outdoor Museum

“Our wedding was a celebration of many cultures merging together. My newly wedded husband is Jewish and I am half hispanic, half white. During our ceremony incorporated the classic Jewish tradition of the breaking of the glass as well as the hispanic tradition of exchanging of the arras (gold coins). We also did the horah during the reception. My 99 year old abuelita from Honduras and my husband’s 95 year old gran from New York became fast friends despite not speaking the same language.” – Christie + Joshua
