Wed Society Austin’s 2026 Connect Event Recap

This year’s Wed Society Austin Connect Event was a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the incredible community that makes the Austin wedding industry so special. Hosted at the stunning The Addison Grove, the event brought together wedding professionals from across Central Texas for an inspiring morning of networking, education, and meaningful connection.

From thoughtfully curated design details to engaging conversations with industry leaders, every part of the event reflected the heart of what Wed Society is all about — fostering community and elevating local wedding pros.

A Beautifully Designed Morning

From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere designed by some of Austin’s most talented event professionals. Scarlet Rose Events led the planning and coordination of the event, ensuring every detail came together seamlessly from start to finish.

The venue space at The Addison Grove was transformed with stunning rentals and décor from Loot Rentals and elegant stage design and linens from Premiere Events. To elevate the ambiance even further, Quest Events provided beautiful draping that added softness and dimension to the space.

Guests were greeted with custom signage and fabrication elements by Scarlet Rose Collective, tying the event aesthetic together in a polished and cohesive way. Meanwhile, lush floral installations and arrangements from Poppy Layne Floral Design brought fresh color and organic texture to every corner of the venue.

Delicious Bites, Coffee & Sweet Treats

No Connect Event would be complete without incredible food and drinks, and this year’s sponsors absolutely delivered.

Guests enjoyed fresh coffee from Altair Coffee Co. throughout the morning while mingling and connecting with fellow vendors. Lucy’s Fried Chicken kept everyone fueled with delicious catering, offering comforting bites that perfectly complemented the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the event.

To satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth, Spice Chemistry provided beautifully crafted desserts that were just as visually stunning as they were delicious.

Entertainment, Content & Creative Experiences

The energy throughout the event was elevated by Graingertainment, who kept the music flowing and the atmosphere lively all morning long.

Capturing every meaningful interaction and beautiful detail, Brownie Photography & Production documented the event through photography, while Your Content Bestie Co. created engaging behind-the-scenes content throughout the day.

Guests also had the opportunity to enjoy live illustrations from Dasha S Live Illustration, whose interactive illustration studio added a fun and memorable creative touch to the experience.

Insightful Conversations from Industry Leaders

One of the highlights of the morning was an engaging panel discussion featuring three incredible leaders within the Austin wedding industry.

Attendees heard valuable insight and business wisdom from Bianca of Bianca Nichole & Co., Stephanie of Bouquets of Austin, and Matt of The Addison Grove.

The conversation covered everything from cultivating meaningful client experiences to navigating growth within the wedding industry and building strong vendor relationships. Their perspectives left attendees feeling inspired, encouraged, and excited for the future of the Austin wedding community.

Celebrating Community in Austin

At its core, the Wed Society Austin Connect Event is about bringing people together — creating space for collaboration, conversation, and genuine connection within the wedding industry.

We are so grateful to every sponsor, panelist, and attendee who helped make this year’s event such a meaningful experience. Watching Austin’s wedding community continue to support, inspire, and champion one another is what makes events like this so special.
