Elizabeth and Erik’s love story is truly what dreams are made of! The two met in middle school and began dating in eighth grade. To be exact, Erik asked Elizabeth out on the football field during recess – how sweet is that! After a decade of dating, the two tied the knot in an elegant and classy ceremony at Camp Lucy. They opted to skip the first look and see each other for the first time down the aisle. Elizabeth said it was a moment full of joy and relief, and they would not trade it for the world.
The color scheme of different shades of blue and white made everything look like a fairytale. They were able to celebrate with their loved ones after not seeing each other for a long time due to COVID-19. Which made the festivities even more special! Before the night was over, the newlyweds stayed behind to have a private last dance. “We swayed back and forth to a song that was meaningful to our relationship and was in the running for a first dance song, and being together in that moment is something we will never forget. It was also a great transition to end the wedding alone together, but then to exit through a sparkler-lit path with all of our family and friends to celebrate our grand exit.” Elizabeth and Erik’s story is one that is unique and special in so many ways! Here’s to the Gabrielsens!

From the bride on her most helpful vendor: “Caitlin Rose Photography is an incredible photographer! She was so easy to work with and extremely responsive. She provided vendor recommendations and was supportive to our needs and questions in a COVID environment. Day-of, Caitlin was relaxed but executed on everything we needed and made sure we got all of the shots we wanted. Family and friends commented about how nice she was, and the photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I especially loved that she gave us some sneak peaks the very next day!”
