For Haylee and Jacob, their wedding day was the perfect balance of romance, vibrant personality, and intentional design. Set against the stately backdrop of The Woodbine Mansion in Round Rock, Texas, their celebration felt both classic and delightfully fresh, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect their journey together.
The Wedding Day
With planning and design by Pearl Events Austin, the day unfolded seamlessly from start to finish. From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed into an enchanting setting that perfectly juxtaposed historic architecture with bold, lively aesthetics. Haylee radiated classic bridal elegance in a stunning, strapless lace-embroidered gown, walking alongside her bridesmaids who donned striking, hot pink dresses. The outdoor ceremony space featured a beautifully tented lawn framed by asymmetrical, floor-to-ceiling floral pillars in a breathtaking palette of corals, hot pinks, peaches, and lush greenery by Remi & Gold. Bright Event Rentals and Premiere Events elevated the reception spaces with a mix of polished, sophisticated textures. Long reception tables were dressed in white and olive patterned linens, paired with woven cane chairs and an abundance of low, organic floral arrangements, all set next to a custom illustrated floral dance floor. For alternative seating, modern neutral banquettes were adorned with vibrant pink velvet accent pillows, facing long tables draped in olive velvet linens beneath hanging greenery installations.
Every detail of the day was designed to cultivate an unforgettable guest experience. Attendees treated their palates to exquisite culinary finales, starting with a beautifully detailed wedding cake from Michelle’s Patisserie. Adding a playful and interactive twist to the evening, a custom cart from Dolce Bacio Gelato & Desserts invited guests to indulge in premium sweet treats as the celebration continued. To capture the pure emotion of the day in a truly unique medium, live painter Alyssa Love Art documented the celebration on canvas in real time, creating a beautiful heirloom the couple will cherish forever.
Haylee and Jacob’s Favorite Memories
Among their favorite memories was the profound sense of intimacy felt during their ceremony. Haylee reflected that standing across from Jacob, holding his hands, and exchanging vows made the entire world fade away. Even an unexpected downpour couldn’t dampen their spirits. Rather than viewing it as a challenge, the newlyweds embraced the weather as a beautiful blessing, noting that it served as a poignant reminder that life’s surprises are beautiful when shared with the one you love.
Looking back on the process, Haylee noted that the journey of planning was just as impactful as the day itself: “One thing I learned from planning our wedding is that every decision, big or small, became another reminder of why we chose each other… It taught me that a wedding is so much more than one beautiful day, it’s the beginning of a lifetime of choosing, supporting, and loving one another.”
