For Alexandria and Larry, their February wedding day was the perfect balance of romance, personal connection, and timeless elegance. Set against the breathtaking, European-inspired backdrop of Villa Antonia, their celebration felt both grand and deeply intimate, with every detail thoughtfully curated to reflect their unique story.
With coordination by Kristin Catter Events, the day unfolded seamlessly from start to finish. Alexandria shared that working with Kristin was an absolute dream, noting, “She made the day go so smoothly and made me feel so at ease”. From the moment guests arrived at the villa, they were welcomed into a setting that blended classic design with heartfelt touches. A custom guest seating display styled on sleek espresso pedestals and reading “Our Favorite People” set a beautifully personal tone for the evening. Rentals from Premiere Events elevated the outdoor reception space, where long tables were dressed in intricate patterned linens, warm gold flatware, and glowing taper candles. Alexandria’s timeless bridal look was enhanced by Think Brink Beauty, who perfected the hair and makeup styling for both the bride and her wedding party.
Every detail of the day carried a sense of connection, even stretching beyond the borders of Texas. With the bride’s family living out of state, the couple prioritized utilizing Wed Society as a trusted resource to build their local dream team, allowing them to truly focus on getting married and being present in the moment.
The culinary and entertainment experiences were just as thoughtfully planned. Guests enjoyed a beautifully crafted menu from SoHo Events, which featured a cozy, customized hot chocolate bar, perfect for a February evening. Sweet Treats Bakery provided both the beautiful bride’s cake and a custom groom’s cake, serving as a delicious focal point for the reception. Capturing the live behind-the-scenes magic was content creator Content by Clarice, ensuring every spontaneous and joyful interaction was documented. The couple even made sure their beloved four-legged family member could be a part of the memories, utilizing the Wedding Pet Attendant to seamlessly share the day with their furry friend.
Reflecting on the whirlwind experience, Alexandria and Larry emphasized how invaluable it was to trust the hands making it happen: “Having a great vendor team made such a huge difference!
