SWEET BEGINNINGS: Sarah and Jay met through mutual friends. Two of their best friends were dating at the time and helped set them up. The fun part is, those two are now married and were both in Sarah and Jay’s bridal party at their wedding.

PERFECT PROPOSAL: Jay proposed in Telluride on a family trip. He proposed to Sarah on a picturesque mountain and afterward, surprised his fiancée by arranging for her parents to join them!

SETTING THE SCENE: Hotel Granduca is an elegant Italian-themed hotel with a courtyard off the ballroom. Sarah and Jay loved both spaces! The hotel staff was amazing to work with and the couple knew the food and service would be exceptional.

BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS: Sarah’s bouquet was a garden-inspired, hand-tied bouquet with a loose, natural feel in white and natural green tones comprised of peonies, ranunculus, scabiosa, garden roses, phalaenopsis orchids, lisianthus, sweet pea, lilac, bay laurel, eucalyptus and olive. The bouquet was tied in ivory, raw silk ribbon, and beautifully complemented Sarah’s color scheme using creams, light blues, hints of gold and pink, and whites.

DELICIOUS DISHES: Hotel Granduca provided passed hor d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour and a buffet-style dinner during the reception. The newlyweds had two signature drinks: a Moscow mule and a spicy jalapeño margarita.
