SWEET BEGINNINGS: Amy and Richard met in high school. Their chemistry was undeniable to everyone but themselves, and it took a close friend calling out their relationship for Amy and Richard to recognize their potential. In a whirlwind of moving cities, getting a dog, and starting adulthood, their love and support for each other only grew stronger!

PERFECT PROPOSAL: Richard recruited family and friends to take Amy on a city-wide walk down memory lane. At the last stop, Richard surprised Amy by getting down on one knee and proposing in Zilker Park.

THE SETTING: Amy and Richard were married at Ma Maison in beautiful hill country. Surrounded by nature, the venue exuded a rustic elegance matched by tall ceilings and rows of chandeliers. Amy and Richard’s special day felt intimate and personalized but still remained grand in beauty.

HUES SHE USED: Inspired by a European garden party, Amy selected shades of blush and champagne to add a French country theme with a touch of whimsy.

MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT: Amy and Richard’s most memorable moment was their entrance into the reception. The couple wanted an upbeat and exciting atmosphere to introduce their closest friends and bridal party, so they walked down Ma Maison’s grand staircase to the Chicago Bulls theme song. Both loved seeing all of their family and friends gathered together to celebrate their special day.
