Salt Lick BBQ – Bite into marital bliss with a rehearsal dinner celebration at one of the spectacular Salt Lick BBQs in the Texas Hill Country. Salt Lick’s savory, world-famous Bar-B-Que is simply prepared with ingredients that do more than tantalize your taste buds with their Beyond Bar-B-Que catering menu. For more information on Salt Lick’s BBQ offsite catering options, contact the caterers via e-mail at [email protected] or contact their event coordinators at 512.894.3117.
Jasper’s Gourmet Backyard Cuisine – Jasper’s rehearsal dinner and catering team specializes in on-site catering events of the divine variety where everything is prepared fresh. Whatever the occasion – from lavish, black tie parties to low-key, poolside barbecues, Jasper’s success often revolves around the food. Guests may not always remember the little details, but they’ll sure remember that amazing lobster shooter or succulent salmon and chicken. Your rehearsal dinner means more than simply filling and setting out chafing dishes to feed a crowd. For us, catering both your rehearsal dinner and event is about creating a tailored menu from high end to casual that suits not only the occasion, but also your style and your guests’ expectations.
Weather Up – Founded in 2012 and designed by James Beard nominee Matthew Maddy, Weather Up Austin enjoys a full acre of land just east of downtown. It’s one of the city’s most distinctive spaces – a gorgeous backdrop for almost any special occasion. Under the leadership of Chef Kristine Kittrell, their staff will take care of your every need, whatever your cocktail or culinary desires. Weather Up works with you to design a personalized menu, then executes every detail to make your experience perfect – be it an intimate dinner for two in their serene garden, a business dinner for eight on the veranda, a private supper club on their second story deck, a custom cocktail class, a rehearsal dinner with your loved ones or a wedding.
Odd Duck – In 2009, brothers Bryce and Dylan Gilmore purchased a Fleetwood Mallard trailer with a mission to turn it into an eatery serving only food with ingredients from local Austin farms. In 2011 the trailer closed and the Gilmores, along with partners Sam Hellman-Mass, Mark Buley and Jason James, opened Odd Duck‘s brick and mortar in December 2013 as a full restaurant serving brunch, lunch and dinner on the exact lot the trailer once stood. Continuing the philosophy of supporting local farmers, making everything from scratch and working to capture the true craft of cooking in each bite, Odd Duck‘s menu is inspired by the Texas seasons using local ingredients that showcase the loyal relationships between the chefs and the farmers built throughout the years.
